BRAVO BUILT TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bravo Built website, applications, software, subscriptions, artificial intelligence features, training tools, nutrition tools, community features, scheduling tools, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Bravo Built ("Bravo Built," "Bravo," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a third-party service, or accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. About Bravo Built

Bravo Built is a personal performance system designed to help Members pursue personal goals and improve aspects of their training, nutrition, mindset, habits, accountability, personal development, and performance.

Depending on your membership, platform, location, and the current version of the Services, Bravo may provide features including:

• Personalized training
• Workout programming
• Exercise guidance and demonstrations
• Workout scheduling
• Progress tracking
• Performance history
• Nutrition planning
• Meal planning
• Meal preparation tools
• Grocery planning
• Personal goal planning
• Goal and milestone tracking
• Journaling and reflection
• Mindset and personal-development tools
• Artificial-intelligence interactions
• Accountability tools
• Community features
• Connections and Battle Buddies
• Platoons and challenges
• Achievements and gamification
• Calendar functionality
• Notifications and reminders
• Other personal-performance functionality

Not every feature described in these Terms is necessarily available to every Member or available at all times. Features may vary according to:

• Membership plan
• Subscription status
• Platform
• Device
• Location
• Beta participation
• Product version
• Technical availability
• Applicable law

Bravo may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the Services evolve.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the Services.

Bravo is not intended for children under 13.

If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, imposes a higher minimum age, or otherwise restricts access to certain features, those requirements apply.

By using Bravo, you represent that the information you provide regarding your eligibility is accurate.

3. Your account

Certain Services require a Bravo account. You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current account information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Activity conducted through your account
• Maintaining access to your account email
• Keeping relevant account information reasonably current
• Promptly notifying Bravo if you believe your account has been compromised

You may not:

• Sell your account
• Transfer your account without authorization
• Share account access in a manner that circumvents subscription requirements
• Impersonate another person
• Create accounts through fraudulent or deceptive means

Bravo may require identity or account verification where reasonably necessary for security, privacy, payments, or account recovery.

4. Personalization and Member information

Bravo may personalize the Services using information you choose to provide and information generated through your use of Bravo. This may include:

• Personal goals
• Training goals
• Workout history
• Exercise preferences
• Nutrition preferences
• Schedule
• Personal priorities
• Performance information
• Progress
• Journal or reflection information
• Accountability preferences
• Community preferences
• Other information you choose to provide

You are responsible for providing accurate information where accuracy is important to the requested functionality.

Bravo's recommendations and personalization are limited by the information available to the system.

5. Fitness and exercise disclaimer

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. These risks may include, without limitation:

• Muscle soreness
• Strains
• Sprains
• Falls
• Equipment-related injuries
• Joint injuries
• Cardiovascular events
• Aggravation of existing conditions
• Serious injury
• Death

Bravo cannot determine whether a particular exercise or training program is medically appropriate for you.

Before beginning or materially modifying an exercise program, you should consider whether consultation with an appropriate qualified healthcare or fitness professional is appropriate based on your health, medical history, injuries, pregnancy status, medications, physical limitations, or other individual circumstances.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms such as:

• Sharp or unusual pain
• Chest pain
• Severe dizziness
• Fainting
• Unusual shortness of breath
• Other symptoms that concern you

You are responsible for:

• Selecting appropriate equipment
• Using equipment safely
• Maintaining awareness of your surroundings
• Selecting appropriate resistance or weight
• Exercising within your abilities
• Seeking professional guidance when appropriate

Bravo cannot physically supervise your training unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

6. Exercise demonstrations and technique

Bravo may provide:

• Exercise videos
• Animations
• Written instructions
• Setup instructions
• Technique cues
• Common-mistake guidance
• Exercise substitutions
• Other educational training content

These materials are provided for general educational purposes. They do not guarantee that you are performing an exercise correctly.

Unless Bravo expressly offers and identifies a verified feature capable of doing so, Bravo does not continuously observe your physical technique and cannot determine whether your form is safe or appropriate.

Exercise demonstrations may be provided by Bravo or properly licensed third-party content providers.

7. Nutrition disclaimer

Bravo may provide general nutrition, meal-planning, meal-preparation, grocery-planning, performance-nutrition, and wellness information.

Bravo does not provide medical nutrition therapy unless a specific service is expressly provided through an appropriately credentialed professional.

Nutrition calculations may be estimates. This may include estimates related to:

• Calories
• Protein
• Carbohydrates
• Fat
• Fiber
• Hydration
• Serving sizes
• Energy needs
• Other nutrition information

Individual nutritional needs vary. Members with circumstances including:

• Medical conditions
• Food allergies
• Eating disorders
• Pregnancy
• Medication interactions
• Metabolic conditions
• Specialized clinical diets
• Other medically significant dietary needs

should seek advice from an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

Always independently verify packaged-food labels, ingredient information, allergen information, and restaurant cross-contact risks.

Bravo does not guarantee that recipes, meal plans, restaurant suggestions, or grocery recommendations are free from allergens or cross-contact.

8. Mental health, journaling, and personal development

Bravo may provide:

• Journaling
• Reflection
• Mindset exercises
• Goal guidance
• Motivational content
• Habit support
• AI conversation
• Personal-development tools
• Accountability tools

These Services are intended for general wellness, reflection, personal development, and performance purposes.

Bravo is not a licensed mental-health provider and does not replace:

• Psychologists
• Psychiatrists
• Therapists
• Counselors
• Physicians
• Other qualified healthcare professionals

Bravo is not an emergency or crisis-response service. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, seek appropriate emergency assistance.

9. Artificial intelligence

Certain Bravo functionality uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, or third-party AI providers.

AI-generated outputs may:

• Contain errors
• Misunderstand context
• Be incomplete
• Be outdated
• Produce unexpected results
• Make recommendations that are inappropriate for your circumstances

AI outputs should be evaluated using reasonable judgment. You should not rely solely on Bravo AI for:

• Medical decisions
• Mental-health treatment
• Legal decisions
• Financial decisions
• Emergency decisions
• Other high-stakes professional decisions

Bravo may modify:

• AI providers
• AI models
• Prompt architecture
• Personalization systems
• Memory systems
• Usage limits
• Credit requirements
• AI functionality

as the Services evolve.

10. "Personal trainer" and "gym companion" positioning

Bravo may be described in marketing or product materials using phrases such as "Your Gym Companion," "Your Personal Trainer in Your Pocket," or similar language.

These phrases describe the intended Bravo product experience. They do not mean that Bravo is:

• A human personal trainer
• A licensed personal trainer
• A certified personal trainer
• A healthcare provider
• A substitute for in-person professional supervision

Bravo provides software, technology, educational content, personalization, and performance tools.

11. Goals and personal performance

Bravo may help you:

• Create goals
• Break goals into milestones
• Create weekly actions
• Identify daily actions
• Track progress
• Receive reminders
• Receive AI-generated suggestions
• Celebrate achievements

Bravo cannot guarantee achievement of any goal. Your results depend on numerous factors outside Bravo's control, including:

• Your actions
• Consistency
• Health
• Circumstances
• Environment
• Available resources
• Goal feasibility
• Other factors

Any examples of Member outcomes are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results.

12. Google Calendar and connected services

Bravo may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Calendar. Connecting a third-party service is optional.

When you authorize a connection, you authorize Bravo to access or perform the functions described during the authorization process.

For Google Calendar, depending on the permissions you grant, Bravo may:

• Access authorized availability or free/busy information
• Help identify available scheduling windows
• Help schedule Bravo activities
• Create Bravo-related calendar events
• Update Bravo-created calendar events
• Remove Bravo-created calendar events
• Help plan your week

Bravo's intended calendar functionality is designed to minimize unnecessary access to unrelated calendar content. Bravo will not intentionally modify or delete unrelated calendar events as part of normal calendar functionality.

Third-party services are governed by their own:

• Terms
• Privacy policies
• Availability
• Security practices
• Technical requirements

Bravo is not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or actions caused by third-party platforms.

You may disconnect supported integrations using available Bravo controls or the third-party provider's authorization controls.

13. Scheduling and reminders

Bravo may allow Members to schedule:

• Workouts
• Goal actions
• Meal preparation
• Reflections
• Reviews
• Other Bravo activities

Schedules and reminders are convenience features. Bravo does not guarantee that:

• Every notification will be delivered
• Notifications will arrive at an exact time
• Calendar synchronization will always succeed
• A device will display a notification

You remain responsible for managing your schedule and commitments.

14. Subscriptions

Certain Bravo functionality may require a paid subscription.

Pricing, billing frequency, included features, trials, introductory offers, and renewal terms will be presented at purchase.

Unless otherwise disclosed, paid subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the terms presented during purchase.

Bravo may change pricing or plan structures. Where required, appropriate notice will be provided before changes apply to an existing recurring subscription.

15. Free trials and promotional access

Bravo may offer:

• Free trials
• Beta access
• Promotional access
• Founding Member access
• Discounted subscriptions
• Promotional credits

Eligibility and terms may vary.

Bravo may modify or discontinue promotional programs, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments made at enrollment.

16. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the cancellation method provided by Bravo or the applicable purchase platform.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

• Cancellation prevents future renewal
• Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period
• Previously paid subscription fees are not automatically refunded

Deleting an app from your device does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

17. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by:

• Applicable law
• Bravo's disclosed refund policy
• The applicable payment provider
• Applicable app-store rules

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Bravo Credits

Bravo may use a credit system for certain AI-intensive, computationally intensive, premium, or variable-cost functionality.

Bravo may provide:

• Included subscription credits
• Promotional credits
• Purchased credits
• Bonus credits

Credit quantities, usage requirements, pricing, and expiration rules will be displayed through the Services where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Bravo Credits have no cash value
• Credits are not legal tender
• Credits are generally non-transferable
• Credits cannot ordinarily be redeemed for cash
• Credits may expire according to the terms applicable when issued or purchased

Purchased credits may remain associated with your Bravo account following subscription cancellation, subject to their applicable expiration rules. If you later reactivate an eligible account, valid remaining purchased credits may remain available.

Bravo may maintain separate balances or expiration rules for:

• Included credits
• Promotional credits
• Purchased credits

Bravo will not intentionally create artificial urgency around ordinary credit expiration, but Members remain responsible for reviewing applicable expiration information.

19. Community features

Bravo may provide community and accountability functionality including:

• Member profiles
• Connections
• Battle Buddies
• Platoons
• Challenges
• Leaderboards
• High Fives
• Shared achievements
• Goal sharing
• Other community interactions

Participation is optional.

You control certain information you choose to share, subject to the settings and controls available through the Services.

Bravo does not automatically make all account information public merely because you use community features.

20. Community privacy

Bravo is designed so that sensitive information is not automatically shared with other Members.

Information that should remain private unless you affirmatively choose otherwise may include:

• Private journal entries
• Private Bravo conversations
• Private progress photographs
• Private goals
• Body measurements
• Sensitive health information
• Private nutrition information
• Other private account information

When Bravo offers sharing controls, you are responsible for reviewing what you choose to share.

21. Community conduct

You agree not to use Bravo to:

• Harass
• Threaten
• Stalk
• Bully
• Defraud
• Deceive
• Impersonate
• Exploit
• Discriminate unlawfully
• Promote illegal activity
• Violate another person's privacy
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security controls
• Spam Members
• Manipulate challenges or leaderboards
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Post unlawful content
• Engage in conduct that materially harms Bravo or its Members

Bravo may:

• Remove content
• Restrict functionality
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Investigate suspected violations

where reasonably appropriate.

22. User content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to Bravo, subject to the rights necessary for Bravo to operate the Services.

By submitting content, you grant Bravo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Host
• Store
• Process
• Reproduce
• Display
• Transmit
• Modify for technical formatting
• Otherwise use the content

to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.

This operational license does not automatically give Bravo permission to use private content in public advertising.

23. Progress photos

Bravo may allow you to upload progress photographs.

Progress photographs are private by default unless the applicable feature clearly provides otherwise or you choose to share them.

Bravo may process progress photographs to:

• Store them
• Display them to you
• Organize progress history
• Provide features you request

Bravo will not use private progress photographs in public advertising solely because you uploaded them to Bravo.

24. Testimonials and marketing permission

Bravo may provide Members with an option to authorize use of:

• Testimonials
• Progress photographs
• Transformation stories
• Reviews
• Quotes
• User-generated content
• Other Member-submitted materials

for Bravo marketing.

Such authorization must be separate from merely using Bravo where required or appropriate.

If you voluntarily grant Bravo marketing permission, the scope of the permission will be governed by the applicable authorization.

Bravo will not treat private progress photographs as automatically approved for marketing.

25. Intellectual property

Except for Member-owned content and third-party materials, the Services and their contents are owned by or licensed to Bravo. This may include:

• Software
• Source code
• Product architecture
• User interfaces
• Designs
• Graphics
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Wordmarks
• Videos
• Exercise content
• Written content
• AI prompt systems
• Databases
• Compilations
• Branding
• Product names
• Other proprietary materials

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

26. Bravo Built brand

"Bravo Built," "BRAVOBUILT," Bravo logos, shield designs, slogans, and associated brand elements may be trademarks or proprietary brand assets of Bravo or its licensors.

You may not use Bravo branding in a way that:

• Implies unauthorized endorsement
• Creates confusion
• Misrepresents affiliation
• Infringes applicable rights
• Violates published brand guidelines

27. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Bravo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended personal use.

You may not:

• Copy substantial portions of Bravo
• Sell access to Bravo
• Resell Bravo functionality without authorization
• Reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits
• Circumvent access controls
• Extract proprietary databases
• Scrape the Services at scale
• Use Bravo to build a competing dataset or service through unauthorized extraction
• Attempt to obtain source code through unauthorized means

28. Third-party content and services

Bravo may use or integrate:

• Artificial-intelligence providers
• Exercise-content providers
• Payment processors
• Calendar providers
• Authentication providers
• Email providers
• Hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• Other third-party services

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

Bravo does not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

29. Exercise media

Certain exercise demonstrations, images, animations, or instructional materials may be licensed from third-party providers.

You may view such materials through Bravo for their intended purpose.

You may not independently:

• Download
• Redistribute
• Republish
• Sell
• Scrape
• Re-host

third-party exercise media unless separately authorized by the applicable rights holder.

30. Prohibited use

You may not use Bravo:

• For unlawful purposes
• To violate these Terms
• To interfere with the Services
• To gain unauthorized access
• To introduce malicious code
• To conduct automated scraping without authorization
• To circumvent subscriptions or Bravo Credits
• To manipulate referral attribution
• To manipulate XP or achievements
• To exploit bugs
• To misrepresent results
• To impersonate Bravo
• To violate third-party rights

31. Beta features

Bravo may make certain functionality available as:

• Beta
• Preview
• Experimental
• Early access
• Founding Member functionality

Beta features may contain bugs, change without notice, or be discontinued, and are provided on an as-is basis.
